RE/MAX Professionals expands with new commercial division headed by three renowned real estate veterans.

We have always sold commercial property, but now we are offering leasing services as well. This is a quality group with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.

RE/MAX Professionals recently opened a new commercial division. “We are excited to announce our new commercial division to the Pee Dee region,” said Adam Crosson, broker/owner of RE/MAX Professionals. “We have always sold commercial property, but now we are offering leasing services as well. This is a quality group with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.”

The new commercial division is headed by John Etheridge, Tallon Temple and Ken Jackson. “Our commercial division at RE/MAX is second to none in the Pee Dee area,” noted Etheridge. “We are committed to providing the best service for commercial leasing and sales in Florence and the surrounding areas.”

Florence, SC, native Temple has local knowledge and a lifetime of experiences that he uses to help clients reach their real estate goals. With over 17 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, home building and development, as well as appraisal expertise, Temple is excited for the opportunity to grow the RE/MAX commercial division in Florence.

RE/MAX Hall of Famer Jackson has been a top-producing Realtor in Florence and the Pee Dee since 1990, and is also a commercial investor and developer who can provide professional counsel and assistance for the small office user or the large industrial client. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Francis Marion University and is a past President of the South Carolina Realtors Association.
