Renters Warehouse, America's leading real estate investment services company, is thrilled to announce that Greg Rand has formally joined the executive team as Chief Strategy Officer.

Rand is the former CEO of OwnAmerica, the second largest single-family rental investment marketplace in the country. In December, Renters Warehouse announced that it had acquired OwnAmerica and that Rand would be joining the Renters Warehouse executive team as Chief Strategy Officer. The transaction officially closed on January 2nd.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Rand will oversee the strategy and deployment of the Renters Warehouse Investor Marketplace. He will also be leading the sales organization nationwide by building out a team of local real estate investment agents in all Renters Warehouse markets to assist investors with their buying and selling decisions.
