Reston Town Center location will be its fifth in the Washington, DC area.

MakeOffices, the leading coworking and office space rental company, opens Virginia’s largest coworking space to date. Over 42,000 square feet in size, the company’s new location is in the heart of Reston Town Center, within walking distance of the new metro and over 100 restaurants, cafes, bars and amenities. The new workspace features 112 private offices, 50 open desks, 9 fully equipped conference rooms, sound proof studio space, 12 private call rooms, 10 huddle booths, as well as wellness rooms for nursing mothers. The Reston location boasts a large kitchen and lounge area, creating an optimal coworking environment.

“We are very excited to open our Reston Town Center location. Reston was the natural next step in our DC area expansion, given the growth in businesses and startup activity in the area, as well as the lack of affordable, flexible options to serve the Reston community. We are confident that startups and businesses large and small will appreciate our approach to coworking, and consider our offices to be the place where productivity meets collaboration,” Rahbar said.

MakeOffices at Reston Town Center is ideally located at Reston Town Center next to the W&OD Trail and is a commuter’s dream, with easy access to major thoroughfares, close proximity to the Wiehle-Reston Metro stop on the Silver Line, and a ten minute drive to Dulles International Airport.

MakeOffices at Reston is the company’s fifth location to open in the Washington, DC area. The company will take its coworking concept to Chicago later this month and Philadelphia in January.
