In ‘Fraudulent Fertilisation,’ Roberto Burán, heir to a millionaire fortune, is caught in a series of intriguing events. A young woman named Alicia seduces him in order to obtain a sample of his semen to use for artificial insemination. The two fall in love, but their relationship soon comes to an end when Burán learns about the reason for his seduction. After the child is born, a litany of legal issues arises. It is a conflict between the basest impulses of human beings and the honesty and loyalty of love.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1948, Ricardo Ludovico Gulminelli currently works as a lawyer and acts as an arbitrate judge. He is also a professor at Mar del Plata National University (Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata) where he has been teaching commercial law since 1975. He participates in and designs conferences, publications, courses and legislative projects.
