Char has spent his 35-year career building digital commerce, stored value and loyalty businesses around the world in both operator and business development roles. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Development at Verifone, a global provider of technology and services for electronic payments. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Networks and Retail Solutions with Citi Enterprise Payments. He has also held senior leadership roles at Blackhawk Network, Regent Pacific Management Corp., Incentium, and Credit Suisse First Boston.
