RIC Insurance General Agency Hires Mandi Strange as Business Development Manager
Santa Rosa, CA (PRWEB) June 06, 2017 -- RIC Insurance General Agency has announced that Mandi Strange will join its team as Business Development Manager. In this role, she will expand the company’s personal and commercial lines marketing efforts, working primarily with retail insurance agents in the northwest region – Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Strange brings extensive business development experience to the role. Prior to joining RIC, she worked as AVP of Client for Energi Holdings. In this position, she specialized in energy risk; fuel and propane distributors, energy and oilfield contractors, and common carriers.
Before that, as Regional Managing Director for Energi Holdings’ northwest region, she led a team of independent agents working a number of territories, increasing revenue growth by as much as 85%.
As a leader of business development for Tower Group Companies’ western region, Strange ensured the profitable performance of a commercial book of business worth over $160 million, as well as personal lines business worth more than $60 million.
