Will Ridings of Ridings Law Firm Authors Upcoming Book on Common Bankruptcy Myths
St. Louis, MO (PRWEB) December 09, 2014 -- Will Ridings, Principal at Ridings Law Firm, has recently completed his newest book on bankruptcy and plans to publish it in time for the holiday season.
Ridings' book, titled "Top 10 Bankruptcy Secrets Your Creditors Don't Want You to Know," aims to debunk pervasive myths that surround bankruptcy and give readers the most accurate information about why an individual should file for bankruptcy.
"There's a lot of misinformation about bankruptcy and the creditors do a really good job convincing people that they have a responsibility to pay back their debts," Ridings says. "Some of the secrets contained in my book include the fact that a bankruptcy can eliminate your debts or help you pay them off; filing bankruptcy will stop debt collection calls and, despite popular belief, bankruptcy won't cause you to lose everything."
The book is currently being edited, and Ridings says he expects it to be released within the next month or so.
"As soon as it has been edited, they just need to select the cover art and then it will be all set and available to the public," he says. "The book will be available for purchase on Amazon, but will also be available for free download off our law firm's website."
Ridings says he decided to write this book as a way to help people who feel like there's no way out of their debt, and to let them know that bankruptcy is a viable option for everyone.
"I wanted to get this information out to the public and let them know that they can really improve their lives," he says. "Debt is usually a temporary situation, and they don't have to feel guilty about using bankruptcy laws in order to get a fresh start. Filing is often the most responsible thing you can do. Debt causes people a lot of stress and anxiety because they feel this sense of urgency and responsibility; they will often go without other necessities to make these payments."
Ultimately, Ridings says he hopes his new book will both help people and cement Ridings Law Firm's status as one of the top bankruptcy law offices in the area.
