The new video from the company's marketing team features a new narrator by the name of Patrick Fry, and speaks about right of first refusal on the timeshare resale market.

Right of first refusal describes the right of the timeshare developer to purchase the timeshare back, directly from the owner. Generally, the seller will be tasked with finding a buyer first, then submitting the contract for their developer's review. The developer can then decide to purchase the ownership for the terms in the contract, or let the buyer fulfill their contract and purchase the ownership.
Historically, right of first refusal has been linked with stability in resale prices. If an owner decides to sell for a purchase price below the reasonable value of their account, the developer will simply buy the ownership back, thus refusing the sale to the open public.
The company has stated that these aspects, as well as others, are covered in the educational video.
