The four-day seminar was facilitated by Andrew Neitlich, author of The Way to Coach Executives, The Certified Business Coach Training Manual, and Elegant Leadership: Simple Strategies, Remarkable Results. The sessions focused on business, behavioral and perceptual coaching for the home office staff. Equipped with a multitude of applicable and customizable tools, Neitlich helped Right at Home prepare programs that will be implemented to develop their support system.

Coming on the heels of a record-growth year for Right at Home, the Certified Business Coaching seminar supplements Right at Home’s continued efforts to maintain the growth of their franchise system without compromising their attentiveness to the needs of franchisees. In January of this year, the brand hosted their 100th training class of franchisees — a significant milestone for the company’s evolution.
