BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Center For Agile Leadership® announces Rikki Schwartz as the new President of the organization. This hire comes as The Center For Agile Leadership® celebrates its second anniversary and reaches the milestone of 250 graduates from their leadership training programs.
As the only training company in the world that teaches leaders how to take the proven principles of Agile and apply them to leading people, The Center for Agile Leadership® is designed to equip leaders with the skills and knowledge to create and communicate vision, empower self-managing teams, and drive, inspire, and embrace change and continuous improvement. The Center For Agile Leadership® offers a variety of training services including their flagship program, Agileadership.
The addition of Schwartz comes at a time of rapid growth for The Center For Agile Leadership®. In the last 12 months, the company has expanded their leadership offerings into new markets across the United States while also adding new training modules such as culture and team formation as well as tailored private coaching. Schwartz will play a vital role in scaling the organization and executing the vision of the founder, Brian Rabon.
Brian Rabon said, "From the moment I met Rikki, I knew she was a very special Agile Leader. She has a proven history for growing large results-based Agile teams delivering amazing achievements in productivity and customer satisfaction. It's evident that Rikki loves people and growing leaders. Her passion and drive will surely serve the needs of The Center For Agile Leadership® customers worldwide. We look forward to being able to help more people grow in their ability to lead with Rikki at the helm."
Schwartz originally became familiar with The Center For Agile Leadership® as a customer in April of 2016, when she attended Certified Agile Leader – Level I. Regarding her training experience, Schwartz said, "It resonated immensely with my existing leadership philosophies. It was as if I'd been walking in a leadership-philosophy desert for my entire career, and suddenly found water."
From that point forward, Schwartz has fully embraced the philosophies of Agile Leadership. Now, she is excited for the opportunity to apply the same philosophies learned in training to help grow the organization that originally inspired her. "I am so honored to be going back home to the 'parents' who undoubtedly birthed a better leader, a better mentor and a better professional. Nothing could be more rewarding than to think that I'll now play a role in doing the same for emerging leaders out there...just looking for water," said Schwartz.
