Riva Precision Manufacturing Names Executive Positions to Joe Perillo, Jalpa Pandit, and Patrick Bennett

The company’s vertically integrated facilities manage expertise from sampling through mass distribution for silver, gold and platinum fine jewelry, consistently assimilating the latest technology. In a response to ever-increasing growth, Riva has appointed three new executive management positions with Joe Perillo, Jalpa Pandit, and Patrick Bennett.
Patrick Bennett, whose previous role was Vice President of Operations at the company, will now head up sales, marketing and new business development as the new Chief Marketing Officer for Riva, defining growth opportunities and activating brand vision for the company, which is focused on expanding the promotion of “Made in America” manufacturing. With twenty-two years of experience in fine jewelry and timepiece categories and a Graduate Gemologist Diploma, Bennett’s comprehensive portfolio embodies both luxury goods manufacturing and business development from multiple touch points.
Jalpa Pandit has joined as Director of Product Development, after a five year tenure managing sourcing and product development. Her experience with international facilitation of product in European and Asian factories, as well as her education with both Graduate Gemology and Jewelry Design diplomas, are assets that will lead Riva’s product development team in a seamless process.
Joe Perillo has been appointed Chief Operations Officer, leading all manufacturing operations, including the Riva Continuous Improvement Office for employee development. Prior to joining Riva, Perillo held several senior operations and supply chain management positions over his twenty-five year career. His experience spans from aviation technical operations in the military, to airline and automotive manufacturing industries. Joe holds a BS degree in Business Management and is a Master Black Belt Certified Lean Manufacturing Specialist, with experience leading diverse union operations and involvement in the certification process of ISO9001, ISO140001 and TS16949 strategies.
