RKL eSolutions LLC, a top-producing Sage partner and IT support provider headquartered in Pennsylvania, has announced the hiring of four new staff members. Building on company growth initiatives that began back in 2014, this new round of hiring is focused on providing localized support resources to a customer base that’s more geographically dispersed across the U.S.

RKL eSolutions VP of Sales & Marketing, Walter Goodfield, says that the new Sage consultants and support technicians broaden the company’s service delivery and commitment to both new and existing customers. “We’ve hired talented people that are strategically located in some of the growing markets and metro areas that have become more active for us. We also wanted to make sure we make resources available to help and support our customers during business hours in their respective localized time zones.”

The new hires, which are primarily focused on service and support of Sage X3 as well as IT and network support, include:

  • Kristian Hill - located in Oregon, dedicated to Sage X3 functional and technical support and will help with coast-to-coast help desk support, especially until 5PM Pacific time.
  • Gisela (Gigi) Beaudean-Hornyai - located in Atlanta, GA, a Sage X3 functional consultant that deepens capacity for new implementations and upgrades
  • Jason Bachman - Cisco expert located in Lancaster, PA, will support Central Penn IT and network services customers.
  • Mike Share - located in Southern California, will be the primary point of contact for a growing West coast customer base. As Customer Advocate, Mike is responsible for managing the relationships and communications with Sage customer base in MT and PT time zones.
