“Spring Into Fertile Meal Planning” With RMACT's Nutritionist
Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) March 19, 2014 -- On Saturday, March 22, Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) is hosting a free fertility foods workshop, Spring Into Fertile Meal Planning. Attendees will learn meal planning tips to boost ovulation, sperm quality, and even lower the risk for diabetes during pregnancy. This includes discussing practical and simple ways to shop for foods; and plan meals to balance hormones and optimize your overall fertility will be presented.
