Robin G. Workman, principal owner of Workman Law Firm, PC, marks twenty-five years in the legal profession.

“I am very proud to mark this major milestone of practicing law for twenty-five years,” said employment law attorney Robin G. Workman. “Throughout my career, I have vigorously pursued any case to its conclusion on behalf of my clients, and will continue to do so.”

This commitment includes taking a case to trial. Workman is one of the few lawyers in California who has tried a class action, thus allowing Workman and her firm, that represents employees in virtually every aspect of employment law, to better understand the work attorneys must do at the beginning of a case to obtain the best results possible.

Workman started Workman Law Firm, PC in 2014 after she parted with her former partner at Qualls & Workman, LLP, a firm she founded in 1996. Throughout her career, Workman focused on improving the lives of employees, by only representing employees in individual and class action cases, including both wage and hour class actions and individual discrimination cases. “Our representation includes virtually every type of employment discrimination, including race, sex, disability and age discrimination,” said Workman.
