Rocky Mirza Releases Sequel to ‘The Rise and Fall of the American Empire’
Burnaby, British Columbia (PRWEB) January 15, 2014 -- Rocky M. Mirza’s new book “American Invasions: Canada to Afghanistan, 1775 to 2010” (published by Trafford Publishing), the follow-up to his previous book “The Rise and Fall of the American Empire,” breaks down every invasion the United States has carried out since its independence and analyses the causes, weapons, casualties and effects of the conflicts.
“American Invasions: Canada to Afghanistan, 1775 to 2010” has been selected for inclusion in the Gold Seal program, which recognizes excellence in writing and overall potential.
“My book has convincing evidence that the U.S. is the world’s foremost warmonger and invades countries which are militarily weak to colonize and control them,” says Mirza passionately. “The U.S. replaces the British and French empire after the Second World War as the dominant empire. It’s the new Roman Empire.”
Mirza seeks to unmask the U.S. as a warring, not peaceful nation. His research dissects each invasion, carefully looking at the reasons for invasion and the gains the U.S. made from the invasion. Mirza analyses the evolutions of the U.S. weapons and how new ones have impacted its invasions. Mirza suggests a global shift, citing recent conflicts between the U.S., China and Russia over foreign policy, and concludes that the U.S. is slowly losing its power and status as a superpower.
A recent review from the U.S. Review of Books says, “Mirza's passionate writing suggests a closeness to the material and a deep concern for the subject.”
