RO|Innovation, the pioneer in activating the customer story in channel partner portals, today announced that BroadSoft® has chosen its RO|Enablement platform to enhance BroadSoft Xcelerate®, BroadSoft’s web portal for its service provider customers.

BroadSoft Xcelerate provides its customers with the tools they need to design, promote and sell hosted Unified Communications (UC) services effectively. BroadSoft’s customers now have web access to go-to-market tools including best practices for packaging hosted UC solutions, templates for designing and customizing offers and solutions, and training modules that can help sales and channel teams close more deals. The new RO|Innovation enhancements to the BroadSoft Xcelerate portal centralize sales and marketing collateral for quick packaging and electronic deployment, making self-service fulfillment faster, easier and more efficient for BroadSoft’s service provider customers.

Unlike traditional CRM-based customer and channel partner portals, RO|Enablement’s cloud-based solution has made it easier for BroadSoft customers to quickly find and personalize the specific marketing assets for their selling situations. RO|Innovation’s software also helps BroadSoft organize, manage and update its robust catalogue of go-to-market tools, including market segmentation maps, sample packaging, messaging, reference market offers, sales training, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) tool kits, battle cards, case studies, videos and other sales and marketing assets.
