The new speeds include:

- FiberSpeed 250, which delivers 250Mbps download
- FiberSpeed 500, which delivers 500Mbps download
These new speeds are up to 30 times faster than the existing plans at 15Mbps, 25Mbps and 50Mbps.

According to broadband database BroadbandNow, the bandwidth required for online activities is ratcheting up as follows:
- Check email and browse the web: 1-5Mbps
- Stream HD content: 15-25Mbps
- Stream 4K content and play competitive online games: 40-100Mbps
- Stream 4K content, play online games and download very large files: 200Mbps or more
