SAE International Manager Amy Smith to Participate in Workforce Development Discussion at Southern Automotive Conference
Amy Smith, Manager of Pre-College Education with SAE International, will participate in a Workforce Development panel discussion on Thursday, Oct. 4, during the Southern Automotive Conference in Atlanta.

Smith will join moderator David Eyes and one other panelist to discuss why multi-generational wisdom is best for preparing students for today's workforce.
The panel discussion will be held from 3-4 p.m. in Ballroom F of the Cobb Galleria Centre.
Smith oversees the strategic direction, development, management and delivery of SAE's PreK-12 formal education programs, including the National Science Board Award winning A World In Motion® (AWIM) program. She leads numerous initiatives designed to increase STEM engagement and achievement at the PreK-12 level. These initiatives include, cybersecurity, software development, automated technologies and other integrated workforce development themes.
