SafeAuto Announced as Presenting Sponsor of 2014 Halloween Haunt and HalloWeekends at Five Cedar Fair Parks
Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) September 06, 2014 -- Safe Auto Insurance Company and Cedar Fair have announced that SafeAuto® will be the presenting sponsor of this year’s annual Halloween Haunt and HalloWeekends events at five Cedar Fair amusement parks. SafeAuto is the first presenting sponsor in the history of the parks’ popular annual Halloween events and will sponsor HalloWeekends 2014 at Cedar Point and Halloween Haunt 2014 events at Dorney Park, Kings Dominion, Kings Island, and Worlds of Fun.
As part of the sponsorship, Halloween Haunt and HalloWeekends will be presented as “driven by SafeAuto”, and the SafeAuto name and logo will appear in marketing for the events and on park websites. At each park SafeAuto will have advertising opportunities in park maps, on park and attraction signage, and on televisions placed in queue lines for Halloween Haunt and HalloWeekends rides and attractions. SafeAuto will also have opportunities to run promotions, including ticket giveaways, leading up to and during the events.
The sponsorship is an extension of SafeAuto’s “Enjoy the Road Ahead” campaign, which began in December 2013 with a focus on protecting the relationship drivers have with their cars. By sponsoring events such as Halloween Haunt and HalloWeekends, SafeAuto aims to be the insurance company of choice for drivers who need the right car insurance for the right price so they can drive where they want to go without worrying about being covered.
Halloween Haunt (called HalloWeekends at Cedar Point) is an annual nighttime Halloween-themed event at Cedar Fair parks that features monster-packed mazes, themed “scare zones”, live shows, all among some of the most terrifying rides in the world. HalloWeekends at Cedar Point, which has been named a “Best Halloween Event” by Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Awards, and Halloween Haunt at Dorney Park open Sept. 12. Halloween Haunt opens at Worlds of Fun on Sept. 13, at Kings Island on Sept. 19, and at Kings Dominion on Sept. 26. HalloWeekends and Halloween Haunt events run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Nov. 2.
