Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of Sagora’s associates’ experience on the job. These included associate pride in Sagora’s community impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on associates’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.

“Sagora has a culture all its own, and we are beyond proud that we are recognized for being a great place to work. Our rich history of diversity, hard work and dedication to our Resident First philosophy help make us who we are,” said Sagora Senior Living’s Sr. Vice President, Dara Brown.

During COVID-19, Sagora Senior Living provided several resources for their associates including temporary pay increases, a Sagora Associate Pantry to purchase groceries and toiletry items and emotional wellness programs. The company also offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for any associates who need support in regard to counseling or emotional distress.

“We applaud Sagora Senior Living for seeking certification and releasing their associates’ feedback,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Kung, of Great Place to Work’s senior care affiliate Activated Insights. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn their associates’ trust and create a great workplace for high performance.”
