Each month, Saint Germain Catering works hard to provide a variety of hand-picked specials that cater to both their existing customers and potential new clients. This month is no different, as the event and corporate catering company gears up for the holiday season and celebrations for the end of the year for families and businesses alike.
“December is full of company and family get-togethers, and what better way to express our holiday and New Year’s wishes to our customers than with specials?” says Sarah Miller, Vice President of Saint Germain Catering.
Among many great specials are the “Holiday Gift Wraps” special, which includes four types of wraps: smoked turkey cranberry brie wraps; grilled chicken Cesar wraps; smoked veggie wraps with garlic cream cheese spread; and honey ham with djionaise wraps, all served with Parma chips, penne pasta salad, and homemade holiday cookies. There’s also the “Santa’s Helper” special which features a sliced spiral ham with brown sugar glaze and grilled pineapple relish, served with red skin mashed potatoes, a winter vegetable medley, mixed green salad, and rolls with butter. Another great special is “The First Snowflake,” with lightly sautéed chicken medallions finished with a cranberry mushroom glaze, and served with chive mashed potatoes, green beams with almonds, and iced holiday cookies. And of course, there’s the “Winter Holiday Cupcakes,” an assorted dozen cupcakes including peppermint red velvet, hot cocoa marshmallow, and pumpkin cream cheese cupcakes.
The monthly specials, which have been a tradition for many years, offer Saint Germain Catering’s current customers the chance to try something new, and an opportunity for potential customers to test the catering company’s services and food.
