Lowcountry homebuilder, Sabal Homes, will unveil their new home designs in Summers Corner in Summerville. Summers Corner is the newest of Sabal Homes communities who is currently offering new homes in 10 communities through the tri-county region. Sabal Homes will showcase their model home and available floor plans during a grand opening event hosted by Summers Corner on Saturday, Sept. 19 from 1-4 p.m. The event is open to the public and includes live music, games, food trucks, storyteller and more. The grand opening will take place in The Commons at the Corner House Café + Information Center. The Corner House is Summers Corner’s main gathering place where guests can find coffee, outdoor markets, demonstration gardens and information about new homes. Future residents will be able to tour Model Home Row and visit Buffalo Lake House, Pool House and many other outdoor spaces.
