Foxbank Plantation, a resort-style community featuring a mix of new homes, offices, and shops, will release 56 new homesite lots this fall season. Twelve lots are waterfront on Foxbank’s signature 67-acre lake, with many more having lake views. All new homesites will have easy access to the community’s lake through planned park space.

Additional common areas throughout the neighborhood will allow for convenient access to the waterfront through trails and open, natural spaces. “These are some of the best lots in the community,” says Jeff Randolph, developer of Foxbank Plantation.

The new homesites are part of the development’s Midfield neighborhood, located in the heart of the community and within walking distance to the planned Foxbank Towne Center.

Foxbank Plantation’s master plan includes premium retail space within the community, offering residents convenient access to grocery, pharmacy, dining, and retail services. Community features in development now include the construction of a new, state-of-the-art elementary school that is expected for completion in 2018, and a new Foxbank Fire Station that is expected to open in 2016.

Crescent Homes and Sabal Homes are developing the new homesites, and offer homes ranging from the mid-$200s.
