Search Engine Journal, an online media publication and community of digital marketing leaders, is launching their second series of search marketing conferences in the United States in 2016.

About SEJ Summit “A Day of Keynotes”

SEJ Summit “A Day of Keynotes” is an intimate conference experience featuring a full day of keynote-style presentations by marketing thought leaders.

Information overload is a common complaint of conference attendees, which SEJ Summit prevents with its single track of vetted, topical sessions. Each keynote speaker will spotlight three actionable, memorable, and unique takeaways during their session.

Content is tailored for the professional search marketer. Topics include: SEO, social media, content marketing, paid search, UX, CRO, Google Search, and soft skills such as cross-functional influencing and team management.

Each conference is comprised of eight sessions, four moderated Q&A panels, and over three hours of high-quality networking. A cocktail reception, lunch, and snack breaks are also included.

Attendance is limited to 200 people per event. The single track format provides the defined group of attendees an intimate look at who and what is happening in the industry.

Event Location & Timing

In 2015, over 4,000 marketers requested to attend this invite-only series. Of the applicants, only 20% were granted access. For the 2016 conference series, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

The following locations have been confirmed:

  • April 13, 2016: Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Los Angeles, California
  • May/June 2016: Chicago, Illinois
  • September 2016: NYC, New York
