The Search Exchange Internet Marketing Conference is set to hold their 2014 conference at the Charlotte Chamber in Charlotte, North Carolina. Beginning on July 28th, the three-day event will feature 15 different speakers from the search and content marketing industries.
Search Exchange is geared toward bringing together the top minds in the world of digital marketing in order to promote the exchange of ideas and information. The three-day conference will consist of keynote speeches and presentations from a variety of internet marketing professionals as well as panel discussions on search engine optimization, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising and web analytics. Attendees of the conference will gain insight to emerging trends and new methods in the internet marketing industry.
Each day of the three-day conference will focus on different aspects of the marketing process. The first day of the conference will consist of discussions and keynotes relating to pay-per-click advertising. The day will begin with a keynote from Larry Kim, the founder and Chief Technical Office of Wordstream, Inc. Recently voted the #1 most influential PPC expert of 2013 by in a poll organized by PPCHero.com, Kim will share insights into the world of pay-per-click advertising.
Day two will focus on search engine optimization and feature a presentation from from Steve Plunkett, an SEO Scientist with Rockfish Interactive. Plunkett will touch on keyword relevance, online reputation management and internet conversion strategies while also offering advice on organic SEO and user behavior in social networks.
The third and final day of the conference will be spent addressing social media marketing. Attendees will hear from Bulwark Pest Control's Director of Marketing Thomas Ballantyne. Ballantyne, who has also spoken at the marketing conventions Pubcon, SMX and OMS, is a contributor to David Mihm’s Local Search Ranking Factors.
Tickets for the three day conference are free to reserve, but attendees will be charged a $250 fee if a reservation is made and not filled. Prior to the conference, Vertical Measures, a content marketing agency from Phoenix, Arizona will be hosting a one-day Content Marketing Workshop in the same location.
