Newly Renovated Seattle Airport Marriott

We are proud to reveal a contemporary design offering the latest in amenities, bringing an elevated experience for all of our guests.

Seattle Airport Marriott, a modern hotel poised in the heart of the booming SeaTac gateway and featuring enviable views of Mt. Rainier, proudly reveals a substantial, full-property renovation, bringing the 462-room hotel to its pinnacle. With a freshly reconfigured atrium, fully renovated public areas, expanded meetings and events space and all new guestrooms, the hotel provides a modern respite in the perfect location to experience all Seattle has to offer. AWH Partners, LLC, a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm, owns Seattle Airport Marriott, and the hotel is operated by Spire Hospitality, one of the nation’s leading and most respected hotel management companies.

“Seattle Airport Marriott is the go-to choice for travelers looking for a modern and friendly environment conveniently located to Sea-Tac Airport with 24-hour shuttle service,” said Bob Schrader, general manager, Seattle Airport Marriott. “We are proud to reveal a contemporary design offering the latest in amenities, bringing an elevated experience for all of our guests.”

The renovation reflects the Marriott Hotels brand’s vision of creating inspiring spaces that allow guests to be at their best. The expansive hotel lobby and atrium warmly welcomes visitors with fresh furnishings and natural wood finishes, as well as a massive 13x15 foot media wall. The modern atrium and expanded patio bar features more than 8,000 square feet of flexible space, bringing the total meeting and events square footage to more than 24,000 square feet, all offering the latest in high-tech services. Five new hospitality suites provide an ideal location for corporate guests, while the freshly designed Presidential Suite welcomes guests looking for extra space. All guestrooms and suites feature the new Marriott hardwood flooring and are accented in shades of greys and blues blended with natural textiles, making the impressive views of Mt. Rainier the centerpiece of the design. Encircled with lush, indigenous indoor landscaping, the 1,600 square-foot fitness center is surrounded in glass and sits in the action of the atrium, offering guests the latest in Fitness on Demand to deliver customized workouts on the road. The award-winning Aqua Terra restaurant serves up sustainable seafood and locally procured Pacific Northwest ingredients.
