Anyone can learn search engine optimization without a technical background. It's just a process.

The Bay Area Search Engine Academy announced that early registration is now open for the 2016 SEO training classes in California. Those who want to learn online marketing and obtain their SEO certification can register for the first class which will be held during the week of January 25, 2016 in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Thomas Petty, President of the Bay Area Search Engine Academy said, "Anyone can learn search engine optimization without a technical background, because it's just a process. Even though Google changes the rules all the time, the fundamentals of SEO don't change. We teach all the SEO tools, tactics and strategies in this class so students are armed with the latest information."

The class content is designed for web designers, business owners and employees of companies that want to learn how to get their business website onto the search engines like Google. Business owners who want to know exactly how the search engines operate and how to get listed above the competition can learn. Petty said, "You definitely don't have to be a web geek to learn this material. It's a process that anyone can learn and apply easily, and we practice it during class."

Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop and a website to practice the techniques in class, getting feedback from the instructor. This can be their own website or a client’s. By practicing in a real-world scenario, on a live website, each student learns the techniques by actually applying it to a live site. Getting live feedback on the spot helps cement it in place so the student doesn’t waste time going down the wrong path.

Each student has the opportunity to bring their website in front of the classroom for feedback on the design and functional elements such as calls-to-action, as well as their SEO efforts.

At the conclusion of the 5-day course, students wishing to get their SEO certification can take an exam to test their knowledge and mastery of the skills taught during the class.

For more information on the details of the course and available dates in 2016, go to: http://basea.me/seo-master-class. Classes are currently scheduled during the months of January, March, May, July and September 2016.

The 5-day workshop includes six months of follow-up support, which gives the students the ability to continue to get help on their SEO progress after the class ends.
