Thought Mechanics Wins Twin Website Design Bids for Rural Real Estate Firms
Denver, CO (PRWEB) September 08, 2015 -- On August 1, Thought Mechanics secured two website design contracts with large rural real estate companies, and both projects are now in development. American Farm & Ranch and Open Fences were both in need of completely new websites; moreover, neither company had a mobile-responsive website. The new pages are expected to be unveiled this fall.
After recent updates to Google's search algorithm, many search engine optimization consultants believe that a website optimized for mobile devices and users is essential to online visibility. Most companies that lack a mobile-friendly website have experienced negative effects in their search engine results page rankings.
Thought Mechanics submitted competitive bids for both projects and was chosen to both create new websites and also design mobile versions thereof. In addition, Thought Mechanics will work with the companies to improve their search engine optimization performance.
American Farm & Ranch is a syndicate of real estate brokers specializing in rural properties, while Open Fences is a magazine and web platform that connects farm and ranch buyers and sellers with rural real estate brokers. Although Thought Mechanics did submit bids in competition with other web development companies, CEO John Hayter says his firm has worked successfully with Open Fences in the past.
“Gaining these clients' website re-designs will be very beneficial for us in gaining more trust and business in the farm, ranch, and rural real estate industry, whether it’s with brokers or similar operations," Hayter says. "We look forward to the end product of each site as well as continuing a great relationship with both clients.”
Thought Mechanics expects to launch the newly designed American Farm & Ranch website in four to six weeks, with the new Open Fences site debuting six to eight weeks after that. Additionally, the Open Fences website launch is part of a larger advertising push, as the company seeks to expand its national and international reach in the rural real estate industry.
