ServiceMaster DSI Holdings Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Brooks as President and Chief Executive Officer. He will assume the responsibilities immediately.

Kim Brooks is a majority shareholder in ServiceMaster DSI Holding Corporation and has been part of the company for over 20 years. During that time he has played a major role in turning a single ServiceMaster franchise location in Kansas City, MO into the largest ServiceMaster franchise organization in the country, completing disaster restoration projects all over the world.

“ServiceMaster DSI is a leader in the disaster restoration field,” said Kim. “I am excited to lead this company as we continue to grow. Moving forward, I plan to re-evaluate existing systems and processes in an effort to simplify and improve the restoration experience for our clients.”

Kim Brooks received a scholarship to Baker University and graduated in 1983. After graduating, Kim entered the insurance industry and was put on the management trainee fast-track. Over the next several years he was a Property Claim Manager, Regional Human Resource Manager, Territorial Property Manager overseeing a 13 state region, and advanced to the position of National Catastrophe Manager where he was responsible for managing all catastrophe locations and losses across the United States.

Since joining ServiceMaster DSI as an owner in 1994, Kim has been instrumental in building the company into one of the largest disaster restoration organizations in the country. His background in large loss commercial insurance has provided the expertise necessary to lead ServiceMaster DSI to the forefront of national disaster restoration organizations.

Mr. Brooks’ foresight, ongoing commercial marketing initiatives and solid relationships with national and international insurance carriers are vital to providing ServiceMaster DSI the privilege of assisting a wide variety of prestigious companies around the globe.
