Cloud|AG, a leading provider of Microsoft cloud solutions, today announced that ServicePoint365 PRO will include Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability for customers running Office 365 SharePoint. The announcement comes on the heels of ServicePoint365 PRO’s general availability earlier this month.

“After deploying thousands of seats of Office 365 for small and medium-sized customers, we found these companies have a need for core CRM functionality but are wary of the cost and complexity associated with most of the available CRM packages. We decided to include this capability in ServicePoint365 PRO to make an affordable alternative for managing customers, prospects, opportunities and proposals,” said Michael Ganote, Vice President of Sales at Cloud|AG.

ServicePoint365 PRO is an Office 365 SharePoint App designed to maximize the collaboration and content management capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online for the projects and services industries. The solution consists of a number of “Centers” that are preconfigured to deliver core CRM capability such as client management, prospect management, opportunity management and proposal management. Customers simply install the ServicePoint365 PRO App to their Office 365’s SharePoint environment and immediately start managing and collaborating on critical information in a secure, stable and easy-to-use environment.

ServicePoint365 PRO is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis and can be installed in less than an hour to a customer’s Office 365 SharePoint tenancy or to a managed environment.
