Nayelli Cardenas has just been added as our staff retreat facilitator for yoga and meditation. Nayelli Cardenas is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master Teacher. In 2000 she received her National Certification by the NCBTMB and has studied at Healing Hands, Upledger Institute, CALCOPA, and CAHA for energy healing training. Most recently she taught massage therapy at private colleges in the Southern California region. Nayelli weaves her extensive training and understanding of healing modalities into her sessions with sensitivity and awareness to her client's needs.
The retreat includes 12 night of accommodation in Peru in the Mystical Sacred Valley and Ancient Capitol City of Cusco. During the retreat the Lost City of the Incas in Machu Picchu will be explored for 3 days over the Equinox Portal. It is said that the energy available for manifestation is amplified exponentially during the Equinox. A special sunrise ceremony of crystal planting intention will occur at sunrise on the Equinox within Machu Picchu. The ancient ruins of Ollantaytambo, Saksaywaman, the Temple of the Sun and other sacred sites will be deeply explored. There will be plenty of opportunity to enjoy the vibrant and colorful Quechua people, mountain villages and thriving markets.
