ShareSmart CEO and Co-founder, Rena Tabata will be among a group of Canadian women to join Canada's first women-only business mission to Japan on April 1-3, 2019. This exclusive mission gives opportunity to 25 female entrepreneurs who are leading Canadian companies to grow their business in Japan's growing eldercare sector.
The delegates are hand-picked companies that have a strong track-record in exporting and who's business activities complements the growing needs in Japan.
The mission will offer two days in Tokyo at the Canadian Embassy consisting of business-to-business matching, industry site visits, and high-level discussions of women's economic advancement strategies in Canada and Japan. The 3rd day will be hosted at the Kyoto Women's University.
Currently, ShareSmart is offered bundled with iPhones to certain university hospitals in Japan. The Japanese interface was developed in consultation with Apple Japan, and offers compliance with local privacy guidelines.
