Sharon Kleyne Shares 5 Keys to Healthy Life & Praises Dr. Montero's Plan to Feed the World With Quinoa
Kleyne Radio Show Teaches Water Vapor & Water Evaporation Processes. Kleyne Fascinated by Montero Medical Missions Quinoa Plan To End Hunger.
GRANTS PASS, Ore., Aug. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Sharon Kleyne, host of the internationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature's Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature's Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio and the founder/research director of Bio Logic Aqua® Research Water Life Science®, shared with listeners that earth was once surrounded by a bright blue ribbon that gradually condensed and fell as rain. The planet absorbed this steady rain, filling nature's aquifers, oceans, lakes, rivers, pond and streams and eventually creating life itself. "Water was the key in the process," Kleyne says, "and it still is. Water must always be our top priority if we want to live longer, healthier lives."
So Kleyne notes this priority when she sees the noted medical missionary and volunteer, Dr. Juan M. Montero, is engaged in digging thousands of artesian wells in communities in countries as far-flung as Rwanda, Ghana, China, the Philippines and Sri Lanka, among others. "Every time someone donates $1,500.," says Montero, " we build a new artesian well, which is then managed and maintained by community members themselves."
"This is wonderful sustainable outreach and volunteerism," says Kleyne, who is even more interested in Montero's latest venture. The plan is just at its infancy stage, Montero warns, but if it is successful, Montero says, "it could be a game-changer for the hungry world".
The plan, according to Montero, is to test-grow the protein-rich plant, quinoa, in record quantities in Virginia. "If we can successfully grow quinoa in Virginia, we'll then be ready to take it all over the world where people are starving," says Montero.
Kleyne sees this as a perfect fit with nature's pharma®, in part because it appears to be sustainable over the long haul. People anywhere can learn to be farmers and produce a product as hearty and healthy as quinoa. "All it takes," says Kleyne, "is a new outlook and a willingness to adopt a new lifestyle."
In keeping with this new lifestyle, which Kleyne has named Water Life Science®, Kleyne teaches the 5 things everyone should do every day to create a longer, healthier life.
1. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of fresh water every day.
2. Learn to breathe properly. Practice breathing exercises.
3. Eat a healthy diet that works for you. No two diets are alike!
4. Exercise moderately.
5. Sleep with the earth. Get plenty of good sleep. Befriend your pillow.
"If you do these 5 things every day," says Kleyne, "you will become much more proactive regarding your own health. And that's how it should be."
Montero urges listeners, potential artesian well sponsors and sponsors of other global projects to contact him directly at [email protected] Kleyne hopes that listeners and others will gain more water education, which is the foundation for all work that seeks to contribute to better health and longevity.
