Columbia, SC (PRWEB) May 14, 2014
Betty Parker believes leadership is about relationship. She believes that when leaders develop strong relationships with their people, they can influence performance, productivity and revenues. She plans to share how influence, not control, impacts performance. She will speak about how mutual respect and loyalty drive thinking and actions that affect the bottom line of any organization. And who knows the bottom line better than her audience—financial leaders in the construction industry.
Parker is a leadership consultant and will be addressing members of The South Carolina Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) on Thursday, May 22 at the Thornblade Country Club in Greer, South Carolina.
CFMA is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving financial professionals in the construction industry. The association is designed to provide a forum for communication among construction financial managers and a source of education programs directed to their specific needs.
