Southern California's two most iconic coastal hotels, Shutters on the Beach and Hotel Casa del Mar, welcome guests and locals to celebrate spring with an array of new culinary, entertainment and wellness offerings on the beach throughout the month of May.

Shutters on the Beach:
- Mother's Day: Sunday, May 12 - Prix Fixe Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner at 1 Pico featuring standout entrees such as Maine lobster benedict, wagyu beef filet with crispy fingerling potatoes and pan roasted day boat scallops: Brunch, 11 am – 4 pm and Dinner, 4 pm – 10 pm; $110 per person.
- Botanical Beach Bar: This new seasonal pop-up with primo Pacific views open now through June 20 offers enchanting color-changing cocktails and refreshing ocean-inspired libations such as the "Citrus Whale Tail Spritzer" and "Cucumber Blue" served daily from 1 pm to sunset at Shutters' ocean-facing al fresco patio.
