Recently, Sir Grout gathered its national franchises together in sunny Estero Beach, Florida for its annual meeting of tile and grout experts, an event which can be read about more fully by clicking the link. The purpose of this year's meeting was to unite everyone for additional training, discussions on hard surface care topics, and to update the franchises on company and industry news. The meeting wrapped up with an award ceremony recognizing the Sir Grout franchises who had excelled in the categories of "Above & Beyond," "Teamwork," "Most Improved," "Grout Man of the Year," "Renewal of the Year," "Million Dollar Club," and "Rookie of the Year" in 2014.

At this year's award ceremony, Sir Grout of Atlanta earned the award for "Most Improved" franchise. Throughout 2014, the Atlanta location worked tirelessly to boost levels of customer satisfaction by improving a number of its business operations, including: the addition of its new line of 'Armor' products, upgrading its website's design to be responsive, enhancing its social media strategy, and its recent addition of a stone cleaning and color enhancement service to its catalogue of hard surface restoration options. As a result, Sir Grout of Atlanta experienced an impressive increase in revenue from the yearend of 2013 to that of 2014, earning it the title of "Most Improved."
