According to Amazon, the program meets students where they are in their educational journeys. Amazon intends to invest $1.2 billion in the U.S. to upskill more than 300,000 employees by 2025 with the goal of helping employees move into higher-paying, in-demand jobs.

Amazon's Career Choice program has a rigorous selection process for university partner educators, choosing collaborators that are focused on helping employees through their education programs, assisting them with job placements, and supporting educational opportunities that lead to career success.
