Sizzix to Showcase Latest Quilting Dies at Fall International Quilt Market 2014

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (PRWEB) October 25, 2014 -- Continuing to provide fresh creative options for quilters, Sizzix® is releasing 19 new quilting designs for its fabi™, Big Shot™ and Big Shot Pro die-cutting machines. The latest assortment of dies will debut at the Fall International Quilt Market at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Oct. 25-27, in Houston, Texas.

Show attendees can enjoy live demonstrations by new Sizzix licensed designer Victoria Findlay Wolfe Quilts™, Missouri Star Quilt Company Co-Founder, Jenny Doan, and Sizzix designer, Jorli Perine, on Saturday, Oct. 26 in Sizzix booth #124. Perine and Findlay Wolfe will hold individual demonstrations on Sunday and Monday respectively, while Where Women Create™ magazine editor Jo Packham will lecture on Saturday and Sunday, sharing business tips and studio organizational secrets.

Highlighting the new Sizzix quilting assortment are three Bigz Pro dies by Findlay Wolfe that create several piecing patterns using a wave design or two melon and tulip double wedding ring companion piece designs. Packham offers three organization dies to store fabric, patterns, ribbons or lace in folder, spool and wrap designs. Perine brings flowers with vine and hen/rooster appliqué designs to complement an assortment of patterns, while Sizzix designer E.L. Smith introduces doll designs for dimensional projects.

Additional Sizzix appliqué and piecing offerings include fox, gear, kaleidoscope, monster, ripple and reindeer head designs that cut shapes for quilts, pillowcases, table runners and other sewing projects.

The collection which includes 14 Bigz™, 4 Bigz Pro and an Originals™ dies cut up to 8 layers of fabric at a time and are available in standard, L, XL, and Pro sizes (exclusively for the Big Shot Pro Machine).
