Succeed Management Solutions, LLC Releases a Slip, Trip, and Fall Prevention Course to Help Organizations Improve Safety
(PRWEB) January 29, 2016 -- Slips, trips, and falls are a common accident that occurs in all industries. According to OSHA, slip, trip, and fall incidents are responsible for twenty five percent of all occupational injuries that require time off work. Organizations lose millions of dollars each year as a result of these injuries, including reduced productivity, lost time from the job, medical expenses, and increased insurance costs. Management has a responsibility to make the workplace is as safe as possible and assure employees are following safe work practices and reporting observed hazards to help minimize risks.
Succeed Management Solutions, LLC has released an updated Slip, Trip, and Fall Prevention online training course. This training educates employees on ways to prevent slips, trips, and falls and how to identify potential contributing hazards. It also includes tips for proper housekeeping, ladder safety, safe behaviors, and physical factors, and employer responsibilities to control hazards in the workplace.
As with all Succeed courses, this training can be assigned to employees via Training Track™, an application that is designed to automate all aspects of an employee training program. Training Track™ is one of the available applications in Succeed’s web-based Risk Management Center. The Risk Management Center also contains other OSHA-required programs, training materials, and integrated software solutions.
Organizations can also access the Slip, Trip, and Fall Prevention for Employees training via OpenSesame.
