During a special awards reception on Monday, October 7, 2013, 64 companies were recognized as winners of the Candidate Experience Awards for their excellence in the candidate experience. The winners were selected based on collections of candidate survey responses that showed an overall positive candidate experience. About the Candidate Experience Awards:
The Candidate Experience Awards (known as “The CandE Awards”) consists of three survey rounds that are designed to evaluate and recognize organizations that produce outstanding candidate experiences. Round one is comprised of a multi-dimensional survey designed to capture and evaluate the nominated company's recruitment processes and practices impacting the candidate experience. The CandE Awards program is open to all North American-based employers and is free for participating companies.
Companies that complete the first round submission process receive Employer Benchmark data. Those that meet the awards’ baseline for candidate experience participate in round two of the competition, which involves surveying a random sampling of the company's 2013 candidates. Companies that meet criteria for both rounds one and two have been awarded a "CandE Award Winner" designation stamp. High scoring companies are also interviewed by the CandE judging panel to determine areas of distinction.
