SoCal Fit Body Boot Camp to Host “How To Make 2014 Your Healthiest and Best Year Ever” Health & Fitness Seminar Benefiting the Non-Profit, Take Control of Your Diabetes
Pacific Beach, CA (PRWEB) March 25, 2014 -- On March 28th at SoCal Fit Body Boot Camp, starting promptly at 6:30 p.m., one of the nation’s leading health, fitness, nutrition and personal care professionals, Alex McMillan, will deliver the seminar, “How to Make 2014 Your Healthiest and Best Year Ever,” as a community awareness and fundraising event for the non-profit educational organization known as Take Control Of Your Diabetes (TCOYD).
“The purpose of this event is to Re-Ignite 2014 by teaching San Diego residents a proven strategy for achieving their New Year’s Resolutions of health and fitness and raising money for a great charity that I feel strongly about,” explains Israel LoBue, owner of SoCal Fit Body Boot Camp in San Diego, CA and a certified fitness and nutrition professional with 10 years experience serving hundreds of San Diego residents.
“Most people set health and fitness goals for the New Year, and start off with full momentum, but burn out quickly and never reach their goals. The ‘How to Make 2014 Your Healthiest and Best Year Ever’ seminar and fundraising event for TCOYD will begin at 6:30pm at SoCal Fit Body Boot Camp in Pacific Beach. All San Diego residents over 15 years of age are invited. There is no cost to attend other than a small $10 donation to TCOYD at the door.
