Seminar to focus on content development, converting customers.

Flypaper is continuing to pursue the vision of providing value and consultation to small businesses, non-profit groups and local organizations through a free seminar to increase knowledge and social media acumen.

The Social Media Seminar will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 13 at Flypaper, located in the Chattanooga Times Free Press building, 400 E. 11th St., Chattanooga, TN 37403.

The following topics will be discussed: designing quality content and telling their stories and visions through social media, developing a tribe through social media, and converting tribe members to eventual customers through social media.

The seminar will focus on local trends, teach audience members useful tools for reading analytics, and demonstrate the “anatomy of a posting” that can be followed for future reference.
