Now utilizing newBrandAnalytics as part of its toolkit, the team at FRG has even more social media power. The comprehensive nBA software suite gathers and analyzes guest reviews for all three locations via sites like OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Facebook, Twitter and more, transforming feedback from thousands of diners into targeted insights that can be used to improve restaurant operations and delight customers.

Previously, the group struggled to keep pace with the sheer volume of its online and social media feedback, which could take up to a week to collect, review, analyze and assemble for easy consumption by managers and executives. nBA now captures and consolidates that data automatically, delivering daily updates and weekly reports that empower FRG’s management teams to take action on any operational items requiring attention, while allowing the marketing team to focus on corresponding with guests and following through on recovery.
