Social Solutions Global Connects with over 20 Clients at New York ETO User Exchange

Over 20 Social Solutions' clients attend a New York user exchange hosted by Good Shepherd Services discussing Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software.

Social Solutions Global, Inc. (SSG), a Baltimore-based software firm which provides industry-leading performance management tools for human services, hosted a user exchange conference at Good Shepherd Services (GSS) on Friday, Dec. 19th in New York City, where SSG and attendees held discussions focused on Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software.

The user exchange consisted of presentations from both the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation and Good Shepherd Services, software updates from the latest release, and small group collaborations. Virginia Potter of The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation and Ali Holstein from Good Shepherd Services gave presentations about how their specific organizations are organizing data and showing outcomes utilizing ETO software.

“[ETO has] helped staff so much as far as case management, setting priorities, and providing an electronic client record. It also allows for the easy extraction of data so that our Program Evaluation and Planning department can do analyses to inform program modifications,” said Whitney Welshimer of Good Shepherd Services.

After the presentations, attendees were provided lunch and networked with individuals from other organizations using ETO software. ETO users from across the Greater New York area were able to meet with one another and share their experiences with ETO software.

To conclude the user exchange conference, SSG’s Senior Product Manager discussed several new key features from the latest software update. This presentation gave clients a first-hand look into where ETO software is headed and the future direction of Social Solutions. Attendees were also provided the opportunity to ask ETO software-specific questions and receive feedback based on their organization’s needs.
