McGeough Lamacchia Realty, a full service real estate company serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire, announced the company is launching the Sold in 70 Days program starting this week.

John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia, co-brokers and owners of McGeough Lamacchia Realty, say home sellers who sign up for the Sold in 70 Days program will not have to pay listing commission to McGeough Lamacchia Realty if the company cannot sell their home within 70 days. Certain restrictions apply and the home must be listed by September 15, 2013, in order to be eligible for this program.

“We are so confident that we can sell any home that we’ve decided to put our money where our mouth is with this program,” says John McGeough.

“We ran a similar Sold in 70 Days program from 2006 to 2009, where we guaranteed to sell your home in 70 days or we would purchase the home,” Anthony Lamacchia says, “This year, our Sold in 70 Days program is a little different.”

McGeough Lamacchia will utilize the same marketing for the Sold in 70 Days program used in traditional home sales—TV, online marketing, reverse prospecting, international marketing and more—to get the home sold within 70 days and for the best price.

“There are some guidelines to this program, but our marketing strategy and our main goal to sell homes for top dollar has not changed,” says John McGeough.

With the Sold in 70 Days Program the home is listed at the same price it would be listed for in a traditional home sale, and prospective buyers will not know the home is part of this limited time program because it is 100 percent confidential.
