On November 9, 2014, My Positive Perspective released an episode that featured television star Cameran Wimberly. Wimberly is one of the stars of the show “Southern Charm,” a series that has aired on the Bravo television network. She was interviewed by My Positive Perspective host Jason Deierlein. At the start of the episode, Deierlein asks Wimberly, “What does the name of the television show Southern Charm imply?” Wimberly replies, “The show’s name refers to the tendency of the overall community and lifestyle that is characteristic of life in the Lowcountry.”

Deierlein then asks, “Can you tell us anything that we may not already know about Southern Charm?” Wimberly responds, “Well then the pilot or script of Southern Charm was initially sold to Bravo it was an all male cast.” Deierlein then says, we mention some other shows on the Bravo Network and one of the best known is the Millionaire Matchmaker show, what are some similarities between that show and yours?” Wimberly replies, “Sothern Charm shows the fancier side of Charleston just like the Matchmaker shows the fancier side of the given city.”
Deierlein then says, “Southern Charm Season two is about to begin and are there any changes in store for the audience?” Wimberly replies, “There are going to be a couple of new cast members on season two. I think it will be interesting to watch Thomas’s race for Senator. I would also like to showcase my real estate job.”

My Positive Perspective is a media outlet believing that improvement in our community will be best achieved by focusing on the good things happening in our world today. Having survived a near fatal car accident as a youth, a shift of perception forced one to have a mentality of always concentrating on the brighter sides of things. This was true, and in my book, Return From a Comatose Mind, this belief was put to the test. Appreciation for life was the biggest thing one took away from my brush with death, and it is because of that gives me such a huge desire to be helpful to many. My Positive Perspective is a way of overcoming challenges through positive thinking.
