The strategic alliance is for expanding sales of the company’s flagship hardware and software solutions for small business. The company already provides direct shipments to the South American market, but is seeking strategic partnerships in the region from which they can expand shipments of products in a more timely and tax-efficient manner. The goal behind the latest strategy is to take the company to the next level of growth.

The company’s quick, profitable growth over the last five years in North America has been due to its high quality service and support coupled with its freemium pricing model. “The combination of low pricing with a premium solution has spurred rapid demand for our products,” says MediaSignage President Nate Nead. “We’re now ready to actively take our model to the Latin American market.” he says. “We feel our solution and business model will play very well there as we’ve already had substantial demand for our solutions in that part of the world.”

As part of the company’s strategic partnership initiative, the firm is looking for those willing to carry hardware products from the manufacturer and ship them directly to customers. “We would like to on-board several key fulfillment partners in the South American market for both sales made directly from our website, but also from sales made via our expanding partners and enterprise users in the Latin markets,” says Nead.

Potential distribution and consignment partners should have experience in enterprise software and hardware and must have expertise in product shipment and fulfillment. Understanding of import tax laws in the countries of interest from both the United States and China is also preferred. Interested candidates are asked to reach out to the company directly.
