Southfield, MI (PRWEB) August 28, 2014
The personal injury law firm of Goodman Acker, P.C., took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge on Tuesday, August 26, in front of the firm’s building in Southfield, Michigan.
Brad Peri, a personal injury attorney at the law firm, has seen his mother suffer from the effects of ALS for many years. Peri, who is organizing a walk next month to raise awareness about ALS and money for ALS research, participated in the challenge as well.
Peri and his co-workers at Goodman Acker extended the challenge to a number of executives throughout Southeastern Michigan, but the event at the law firm’s office was truly unique.
Twenty-seven employees lined up in front of the Goodman Acker building and dumped pails of freezing cold water on each other’s heads. Once completed, they then doused the partners of the firm: Jerry Acker, Barry Goodman and Tim Sulolli.

Goodman Acker will be making a generous donation in connection with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and will also be supporting the walk event next month.
