Great interactive storytelling is a powerful way to explain complex situations. The virtual extraterrestrial character NUSHU created by spanish news company MINUSHU has been tasked with the mission of understanding humanity and coming up with solutions to problems faced by planet earth. Media literacy and critical reasoning on global issues are the focus of the programming. ”It teaches empathy for other nations’ problems and imparts understanding and respect towards other cultures, which will increase children’s understanding of foreign places,” says the founder and director of MINUSHU, Eva Dominguez.
