The “Spare in the Air” Program offers customers a quality replacement unit within 24 hours.

With this service program, our customers can be fully up and running within 24 hours.

M&S Technologies, the first name in computerized vision testing systems, is proud to announce an updated process for replacing defective units.

The “Spare in the Air” program enables customers who are without a service warranty to receive a quality refurbished replacement unit, for a marginal fee, in lieu of a temporary loaner. Additionally, the refurbished unit comes with a 90-day warranty and will be shipped to arrive within 24 hours.

“We understand that not being able to fully utilize a lane can be costly and a huge inconvenience to both the clinic and the patients. With this service program, our customers can be fully up and running within 24 hours and the staff won’t need to take time to swap out a loaner that’s coming and going. Ship back the defective unit and be done with it.” - Lynn Henry, Operations Manager
